White Sauce

Ingredients


1/4 cup milk 4 tablespoons flour 1/2 stick butter

Directions

melt butter in a pot.

add flour until the mixture is a creamy paste.

add milk to cover mixture well.

stir mixture until a creamy sauce is created

Footnotes

This sauce is very well used for chicken,boiled cauliflower,boiled bussels sprouts,asparagus, oiled brocolli,and other foods.
